Built in 2019 a stone’s throw from Margaux, this site expands SOUSLIKOFF’S presence into southern Médoc. Dedicated to designing and manufacturing the SOUSLIKOFF Concept range of solutions, the factory includes a design office and modern production facilities, home to metalworkers who are passionate about a job well done. The production site can be visited by appointment, and you can discover the whole SOUSLIKOFF Concept range (soil preparation, shredders, augers, leaf removers, etc.) in the showroom. There is also an exhibition of equipment available through our dealership in Saint-Yzans de Médoc. Here you can talk to our on-site sales team about your equipment plans, including tractors, high-clearance machinery, harvest reception equipment, etc. Finally, the Call & Collect service enables you to collect parts or accessories ordered from the Saint-Yzans site in Arcins, thanks to a daily shuttle. This shuttle means you can drop off your pruning shears (for example) to be repaired, and collect them once the work is complete, here in Arcins.

The company’s historic home, where it was founded in 1969, the Saint-Yzans site enables SOUSLIKOFF to extend its reach across northern Médoc. The permanent display of new and used equipment enables you to discover our ranges of tractors, high-clearance machinery, robots and equipment for harvest reception, pruning, soil preparation and spraying. We have chosen the finest brands to offer you the very best equipment for the agricultural and wine industry: SOUSLIKOFF Concept, GRV, Same, Trektor, Massey-Ferguson, Socma, Diemme, Infaco, Sthik, etc. Our workshop is open all year round to maintain and repair this equipment, staffed by a team of experienced technicians who are continuously trained in new techniques and able to re-manufacture parts that are no longer available… A mobile workshop for on-site work completes our capacity. Finally, a warehouse with a wide range of spare parts and accessories allows you to fill any gaps in your equipment efficiently.

Fabrice

Président

The son of a painter and grandson of a bodywork technician, Fabrice took his first steps in the family garage, lulled by the sound of the panel beaters hitting the sheet metal and bringing the material to life. After a career working for renowned consumer brands, he was looking for a more personal project when he decided to buy SOUSLIKOFF & Cie in October 2022.

Surrounded by a committed, enthusiastic team, he now devotes himself to developing the company.

When he manages to find a little free time, this vintage car enthusiast takes to the roads of the Médoc.

Stéphane

Production manager

Arriving at SOUSLIKOFF in July 2001, Stéphane is in charge of the Arcins site, where production of the SOUSLIKOFF Concept range takes place. He is responsible for procuring raw materials and manages a team of highly qualified metalworkers. In fact, he is something of a one-man band, as he is also closely involved in R&D and the design of new solutions. He has many years of experience in the quality and strength of the steels used in the construction of our equipment..

An accomplished athlete, Stéphane is a keen practitioner of long-distance mountain running, ultra trail running and triathlon.

Jean-Michel

Sales manager

Joining SOUSLIKOFF as an apprentice more than 20 years ago, Jean-Michel is proud of his Médoc roots.

As the son of a winegrower (his father was a SOUSLIKOFF customer!), Jean-Michel seemed predestined for a career in agriculture and viticulture. He obtained a BTS technical sales diploma before joining the company.

As the SOUSLIKOFF Equipment sales manager, Jean-Michel supports all the Médoc châteaux in their agricultural equipment projects.

Jean-Michel has two passions: wine (in moderation, of course…) and sport, particularly boxing.

Natalia

Sales assistant

Starting at the company in April 1998, Natalia is one of the longest-serving members of the SOUSLIKOFF team. She has thorough knowledge of the SOUSLIKOFF Concept range and can provide our distributors with all the information they need. Quotes, commercial and technical documentation – she knows everything there is to know about our equipment!

In her free time, Natalia is a keen exponent of fitness and running… essential to keep up the pace!

Alexia

Administrative assistant

Joining SOUSLIKOFF in September 2008, Alexia is in charge of customer and supplier relations for the Equipment and Services divisions.

Graduating with a BTS diploma as a management assistant, her working day is filled with orders, invoices, reminders and bank reconciliations and neither our customers nor our suppliers have any secrets from her…

When she is not in Saint-Yzans, Alexia enjoys creative hobbies, and particularly sewing.

Jason

Design office

Jason arrived at SOUSLIKOFF in October 2021. On his screen, he uses CAD to bring our projects and innovations to life before the prototyping stage.

He holds a CAP qualification in sheet metalwork, which was followed by a professional baccalaureate and then a BTS diploma, enabling him to develop his skills in technical drawing, studies, design and methods.

Having long practised motocross, Jason now devotes some of his leisure time to sports shooting.

Morgane

Warehouse manager

Working at SOUSLIKOFF since January 2019, Morgane began her career in retail, including periods at Système U and Leader Price.

In charge of the Saint-Yzans warehouse, Morgane is responsible for product selection, merchandising and organising promotions and other events.

She enjoys hiking and motorcycling and is also a fan of cinema and reading.

Responsable Magasin

Chez SOUSLIKOFF depuis janvier 2019, Morgane a réalisé le début de sa carrière dans la grande distribution, notamment chez Système U et Leader Price.

En charge du magasin de Saint-Yzans, Morgane a la responsabilité de l’assortiment, du merchandising, et de la mise en œuvre des promotions et autres animations.

Elle pratique la randonnée et la moto, et elle est également passionnée de cinéma et de lecture.

Alain, Alan, Bruno, Gérard and Yann come from different generations, but they practise their craft with the passion of men who take pride in their work. Cutting, welding, assembling, they are masters of all the stages of production. They build our machines from A to Z, from raw material to finished product.

Our mechanics

Alain, Anthony, Henrique, Kerwan and Sylvain make up our team of mechanics and technicians. Some come from the automotive industry, others from the agricultural world – everyone has their own story, in their career and in the company. What unites them? The ability to repair anything that doesn’t work, from pruning shears to a tractor, from a shredder to an auger. Nothing can withstand their efforts, and they can even re-manufacture parts that are no longer available, to ensure our customers can rely on equipment that works.
